Life changed the day Jazlyn arrived — and changed again when her baby brother did. Now it's stroller walks, floor sessions with two little ones climbing over us, and figuring out workouts around life with 2 under 2.

Home Gym Life

No fancy membership, no perfect setup — just a corner of our place, a few pieces of equipment, and the reps we can actually fit in around real life with two kids under two.

Fuel & Food

We earned that pizza. Around here, food is joy, not punishment — we train hard and we eat the things we love, and we'll never pretend a rest-day dumpling run isn't part of the plan.

We're better in the gym when we're in it together. One of us counts, one of us complains, and somehow we both show up. Training beside your partner turns a workout into time together — and that's what keeps us coming back long after motivation runs out.

Getting back to movement after each baby was humbling and real. We're sharing it honestly — the slow starts, the good days, the workouts that get cut short by a crying baby (and now sometimes two). If you're a new parent trying to find your body again, we're right there with you.

You don't need a perfect gym. Ours is a corner of our home, a handful of basics, and whatever time we can carve out. We show what actually works when your schedule belongs to two little ones — because that's the real one.

We train hard so we can enjoy the food we love — full stop. No guilt, no crash diets, no pretending we don't celebrate a good workout with a great meal. Balance is the whole point.

We're not coaches, and we're not experts — we're a couple figuring it out in real time. There's no program to buy here. Just our journey, shared honestly, in the hope it makes yours feel a little less lonely.
